Regulatory Reporting Team Leader

A full time permanent role in our Dublin office for a Regulatory Reporting Team Leader. The successful candidate will report into the Regulatory Reporting manager.

The Position

  • Responsible for day to day oversight of operational tasks and motivation of staff, providing expertise, training and daily support. You will be responsible for leading a team of 7– 8 people.
  • Ensure that all client deliverables are achieved in line with approved service level agreements. Client deliverables relate to UCITS KIID services (implementation and production of KIID documents), PRIIPs services (implementation and production of PRIIPs KID documents and EPT data file) and MIFID II services (implementation and production of EMT data file, Ex Ante and Ex Post documentation).
  • Maintain strong, pro-active relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, eliciting feedback and addressing issues in a timely manner to ensure a very high level of client satisfaction and client retention.
  • Work closely with the regulatory reporting team and manager to ensure that process risks are minimised.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies, driving new developments and enhancements forward for the team.
  • Ensure all project tasks relating to both new and existing clients and services are carried out with full accuracy by the wider team.
  • Hold monthly one-on-one meetings with the regulatory reporting team and ensure goals and objectives are being met

Day to Day duties, not limited to

  • Create daily and weekly task plans for the team and ensure all tasks are accurately completed.
  • Provide feedback on team performance to the regulatory reporting manager.
  • Ensure all client projects are carried out as per the client SLAs and internal process documents.

  • Ensure client calls are prepared for in advance, with a live status report being delivered to the client and discussed during the call.

Fund Reporting Language Services Team Leader

A full time permanent role in our Dublin office for a Language Services Team Leader.

The Position

  • Act as client liaison between the operations teams and the client ensuring expectations are continuously met and exceeded.
  • Manage the production and translation of multilingual investor documentation across multiple fund structures, jurisdictions and languages, including;
    • Prepare and agree client quotes based on management guidelines and templates.
    • Prepare document content for translation and/or proofreading by in-jurisdiction translators, and for client delivery in accordance with service level agreements.
    • Proofread translated investor and regulatory documentation including financial reports to ensure format, style and other content is consistent with the original.

A full time position for a German Translator & Proofreader (Dublin based or In-Jurisdiction considered).

The Position

  • Translate financial documents from English to German within client agreed deadlines and to a very high quality.
  • Proofread German translated investor and regulatory documentation including financial reports to ensure accuracy, quality and that terminology, meaning, nuance and tone is consistent with the original.

A full time permanent role in our Dublin office for Systems / DevOps Engineer within the Systems Infrastructure Group. This person will join our existing Infrastructure team who maintain our Enterprise grade SDDC.

The Position

  • Responsible for the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of all systems software and support infrastructure.
  • Work closely with the software development team to coordinate code changes and deployments to ensure ongoing availability and reliability.
  • Support build and release processes for multiple environments including development, test, integration and production environments hosted internally and externally.
