Regulatory Reporting Team Leader

A full time permanent role in our Dublin office for a Regulatory Reporting Team Leader. The successful candidate will report into the Regulatory Reporting manager.

The Position

  • Responsible for day to day oversight of operational tasks and motivation of staff, providing expertise, training and daily support. You will be responsible for leading a team of 7– 8 people.
  • Ensure that all client deliverables are achieved in line with approved service level agreements. Client deliverables relate to UCITS KIID services (implementation and production of KIID documents), PRIIPs services (implementation and production of PRIIPs KID documents and EPT data file) and MIFID II services (implementation and production of EMT data file, Ex Ante and Ex Post documentation).
  • Maintain strong, pro-active relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, eliciting feedback and addressing issues in a timely manner to ensure a very high level of client satisfaction and client retention.
  • Work closely with the regulatory reporting team and manager to ensure that process risks are minimised.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies, driving new developments and enhancements forward for the team.
  • Ensure all project tasks relating to both new and existing clients and services are carried out with full accuracy by the wider team.

A full time 10 month contract role has arisen in our Dublin office for a Regulatory Reporting Senior Associate

The Position

Fund Analytics Associate

A permanent position at our Dublin office for a Fund Analytics Associate. The successful candidate will report into the Fund Analytics Team Leader.

The Position

  • Perform weekly / monthly / annual reporting on The Key Investor Information Document (KIID) calculations i.e. The ongoing charge (OGC), The synthetic risk and reward indicator (SRRI), Portfolio monitoring and Past performance.
  • Perform monthly reporting on PRIIPs (KID) calculations i.e. Other ongoing charges (OOC), The Summary Risk Indicator (SRI), Performance Scenario, Performance fees and transaction costs.
  • Engage in projects within your team and the client reporting department including, but not limited to, regulatory changes, client on-boarding, system testing, etc.

A full time permanent role in our Dublin office for Test Lead in Systems Group.

The Position

  • Own and lead the Test function within FundAssist and manage a small team of manual / automation testers.
  • Work within a highly driven agile multi-functional systems team to deliver rapid testing for multiple clients.
  • Create Test cases and Test plans based on existing functionality and new feature requests.
  • Build and maintain suitable test environments to support the testing of all FundAssist software products.
  • Testing and qualifying all product releases against test plans.
  • Testing UI and UX aspects of software releases.
  • Generation of Test Reports, raising bugs, managing resolutions and escalate identified risks in a timely manner as they occur. Log issues on all products tested.

Language Services Team Leader

A full time permanent role in our Dublin office for a Language Services Team Leader.

The Position

  • Act as client liaison between the operations teams and the client ensuring expectations are continuously met and exceeded.
  • Manage the production and translation of multilingual investor documentation across multiple fund structures, jurisdictions and languages, including;
    • Prepare and agree client quotes based on management guidelines and templates.
    • Prepare document content for translation and/or proofreading by in-jurisdiction translators, and for client delivery in accordance with service level agreements.
    • Proofread translated investor and regulatory documentation including financial reports to ensure format, style and other content is consistent with the original.
  • Ensure tools such as translation memories, style guides, document repositories and project planners are maintained and used effectively to meet exacting client and project requirements.
  • Rigorously manage processes and team resources to ensure a consistently high level of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee tracking, investigation and reporting on any deficiencies and instigate corrective action.

Translator and Proofreader (German)

A full time position for a German Translator & Proofreader (Dublin based or In-Jurisdiction considered).

The Position

  • Translate financial documents from English to German within client agreed deadlines and to a very high quality.
  • Proofread German translated investor and regulatory documentation including financial reports to ensure accuracy, quality and that terminology, meaning, nuance and tone is consistent with the original.
