Regulatory Reporting Senior Associate

A full time permanent role in our Dublin office for a Regulatory Reporting Senior Associate.

The Position

  • Responsible for day to day oversight of operational tasks and motivation of staff, providing expertise, training and daily support to wider team. You will be directly responsible for a team of 2– 4 people.
  • Ensure that all client deliverables are met to agreed service level agreements. Client deliverables relate to UCITS KIID, PRIIPs and MIFID II services.
  • Maintain strong, pro-active relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, eliciting feedback on their satisfaction levels and identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure a very high level of client satisfaction and client retention.
  • Work closely with the assistant team leader and team leader to ensure that process risks are minimised.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and drive new developments and enhancements forward for the team.
  • Ensure all project tasks relating to both new and existing clients and services are carried out with full accuracy by the wider team.

Day to Day duties

  • Create daily and weekly task plans for the team and ensure all tasks are accurately completed.
  • Provide feedback on team performance to the assistant team leader.
  • Ensure all client projects are carried out as per the client SLAs and internal process documents.
  • Review any documents that have been prepared by associates before the team delivers to the assistant team leader / team leader / client.
  • Collate and review monthly invoices and ensure accuracy prior to submitting for the assistant team leader review.
  • Ensure client calls are prepared for in advance, with a live status report being delivered to the client and discussed during the call.
  • Ensure all client or client related correspondence is responded to in a timely fashion.
  • Carry out training sessions and cross training within the team as required and where requested by the assistant team leader / team leader.

  • Collate and review monthly KPI data for collation into one overall KPI pack.

 Fund Reporting Language Services Team Leader

A full time permanent role in our Dublin office for a Language Services Team Leader.

The Position

  • Act as client liaison between the operations teams and the client ensuring expectations are continuously met and exceeded.
  • Manage the production and translation of multilingual investor documentation across multiple fund structures, jurisdictions and languages, including;
    • Prepare and agree client quotes based on management guidelines and templates.
    • Prepare document content for translation and/or proofreading by in-jurisdiction translators, and for client delivery in accordance with service level agreements.
    • Proofread translated investor and regulatory documentation including financial reports to ensure format, style and other content is consistent with the original.
  • Ensure tools such as translation memories, style guides, document repositories and project planners are maintained and used effectively to meet exacting client and project requirements.
  • Rigorously manage processes and team resources to ensure a consistently high level of quality and client satisfaction.
