Transparency at Every Turn

We are committed to clearly documenting the services to be delivered, including project milestones, timelines and associated costs. We ensure project costs are visible and accountable, allowing clients to budget and plan—and not encounter unexpected billing surprises. Oftentimes, we work with clients to apportion our service costs based on their specific accounting and reporting needs, including cost allocations to a product, department or other custom parameter.

Total Responsibility

When FundAssist agrees to deliver a service, we take full ownership of the task. Our clients delegate with confidence, knowing that when an issue occurs, FundAssist will find a way to resolve it. Project and information hand-offs are smooth. We work with client teams to establish key milestones and responsibilities, and along the way FundAssist provides check-points to keep clients fully informed.
