Managing Director - Jim O’ReillyJim has been involved in the financial industry for over twenty-five years. Jim founded the company in 1983 and has guided the organisation to the healthy position it maintains in the market today. Jim is a member of the Institute of Directors (UK), holds an MBA from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, an ME from the Netherlands University Foundation for International Cooperation and a B Tech from the University of Limerick (1st Class Honours and Gold Medal recipient). Jim has been approved as a Director by the Irish Financial Regulator. Director of Operations - Lara CourtneyLara has extensive experience in the financial services industry and has been working with FundAssist since 1996. Lara has a particular area of expertise in shareholder services and has advised on process enhancements to some of the largest global administrators. Lara has overall responsibility for Operations including Process Improvements, Human Resources, Compliance, Business Continuity and Risk Management. Lara is the company compliance officer and Financial Regulator liaison. She is a member of the Association of Compliance Officers of Ireland (ACOI) and holds a degree in Mathematics and Geography from University College Dublin. Operations Manager - Niamh WallNiamh has worked in the investment fund industry since 2000. Niamh’s expertise is in the area of fund governance and shareholder services. This experience has enabled FundAssist to further develop our suite of fund governance services. Niamh holds a certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Niamh is a Bachelor of Arts in Media, Communications and History. Client Services Manager and Director of Business Development - Andrew JohnstonAndrew has been involved in the fund industry since 2003. Andrew’s experience in international fund administration has seen him involved in solutions in Switzerland, Ireland, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom in a variety of roles. Andrew’s main role in FundAssist is new product development and new business generation. Andrew holds an honours degree in Business, specialising in Accounting and Entrepreneurial Studies. Information Technology Manager - Tony RiordanTony has extensive technical experience gained over a lifetime working as a Projects and I.T. Manager. Tony has been with the company since 1985 and has been the lead engineer in the development for all FundAssist’s in-house support applications. Tony has extensive experience in statistical analysis and brings this knowledge to new initiatives such as VaR and understanding of derivatives. Tony is also the principal technical and systems expert for consulting assignments. Tony is a qualified Electronics Engineer. |
