FundAssist has extensive experience in handling print/mail, fax and email distribution media with robust, reliable and scalable processes. Our services are specifically developed for the requirements of the funds industry from stringent security controls to rapid response times and personalised information. FundAssist offers an easy-to-use web-based solution for the coordination of distribution requirements. A dedicated web page is made available for each fund. Any parties privy to the process are able to securely upload the documentation and shareholder register(s) directly to our website, which immediately sends a notification email to the relevant team within FundAssist who begin the distribution process. PrintingOur print services are tightly controlled through the use of a specially designed print application. This assists in the de-duplication of shareholder registers, analysis of the register by country or fund, production of cover sheets or labels and control of the job through creation of instruction sheets and count tallying. Our mailing machines are equipped with Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) for additional security control. EmailingThe email distribution process allows us to tailor individual emails on a per job basis. You supply the subject line, body text and attachments for distribution along with the list of recipients. Once the emails have been despatched, we send a report with receipt / non-receipt confirmations. FaxingOur faxing service allows automated, simultaneous distribution of documentation while personalising the cover page. Each failed fax is retried 10 times to allow for engaged lines. A report detailing the delivery status of each fax is available at the end of each job. Summary:
